Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NME6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NME6-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, AMPK_alpha, and ATM. Each is linked with NME6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME6-to-partner and partner-to-NME6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGFBP2 grouped by NME6-low versus NME6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NME6→partner) and Y-score (partner→NME6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
