Across TCGA cell cohorts, NME6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,780 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NME6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyrimidine ribonucleotide salvage, Pyrimidine nucleotide salvage, and Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 21 signaling pathway. Each is linked with NME6 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME6-to-partner and partner-to-NME6 results are reported.
