Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NME5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,657 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NME5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ROPN1L, NRAD1, and SPEF1. Each is linked with NME5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME5-to-partner and partner-to-NME5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NME5 versus ROPN1L in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NME5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NME5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
