Across TCGA patient cohorts, NME5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,816 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NME5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPA17, TTC25_S542, and GAS2L2_S316. Each is linked with NME5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME5-to-partner and partner-to-NME5 results are reported.
