The most reproducible NME5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-821P, RNU6-789P, and COX6B1P6. Each is linked with NME5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME5-to-partner and partner-to-NME5 results are reported.
