Across TCGA patient cohorts, NME5 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NME5-associated genes across cancer lineages are pDC, Erythrocytes, and Endothelial cells. Each is linked with NME5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME5-to-partner and partner-to-NME5 results are reported.
