Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NME4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,441 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NME4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRNP25, ZDHHC14, and JMJD8. Each is linked with NME4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME4-to-partner and partner-to-NME4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NME4 versus SNRNP25 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NME4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NME4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
