Across TCGA cell cohorts, NME4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,442 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NME4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are GTP biosynthetic process, Intermembrane phospholipid transfer, and Pyrimidine ribonucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with NME4 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME4-to-partner and partner-to-NME4 results are reported.
