Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NME4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,469 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NME4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FXN, RPSA, and PUS1. Each is linked with NME4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME4-to-partner and partner-to-NME4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NME4 versus FXN in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NME4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NME4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
