NME3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NME3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,983 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NME3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP7, HNRNPF, and SCARB2. Each is linked with NME3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME3-to-partner and partner-to-NME3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NME3 versus FKBP7 in CNS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NME3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NME3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
