Across TCGA patient cohorts, NME2P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,383 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NME2P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyrimidine ribonucleotide biosynthetic process, UTP biosynthetic process, and Pyrimidine ribonucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with NME2P3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME2P3-to-partner and partner-to-NME2P3 results are reported.
