NME2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NME2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,350 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NME2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTP18, PTRH2, and GPD1L. Each is linked with NME2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME2-to-partner and partner-to-NME2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NME2 versus UTP18 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NME2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NME2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
