NME1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NME1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,789 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NME1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC1_S368, RIF1_S782, and RRP36_S73. Each is linked with NME1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME1-to-partner and partner-to-NME1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NME1 versus RFC1_S368 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NME1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NME1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
