Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NME1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,878 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NME1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNED1, RASL12, and EFHD1. Each is linked with NME1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME1-to-partner and partner-to-NME1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NME1 versus SNED1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NME1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NME1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
