NMB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,614 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMB-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R14B, NOP10, and TIMM13. Each is linked with NMB in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMB-to-partner and partner-to-NMB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
