NMB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,623 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ALDOC, ZNF592, and NANS. Each is linked with NMB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMB-to-partner and partner-to-NMB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
