Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 167 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NMB-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGTLC2, CABP7, and COTL1. Each is linked with NMB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMB-to-partner and partner-to-NMB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
