Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NLRX1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NLRX1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher NLRX1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NLRX1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, LUSC, and BLCA are the cancer types where NLRX1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
