NLRX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,002 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA13, ARHGAP32, and ARHGAP32_S682. Each is linked with NLRX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRX1-to-partner and partner-to-NLRX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLRX1 versus HSPA13 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
