NLRP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLRP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,335 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are NLRP2, NCR1, and ANKRD35. Each is linked with NLRP7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP7-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLRP7 versus NLRP2 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
