NLRP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLRP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 182 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST9, FAM86B1, and CFAP97D2. Each is linked with NLRP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP7-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST9 grouped by NLRP7-low versus NLRP7-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
