NLRP6

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,710 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, CD48, and CORO1A. Each is linked with NLRP6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP6-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLRP6 versus RCSD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
