NLRP6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 239 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRK3, BRS3, and AP3B2. Each is linked with NLRP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP6-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLRP6 versus GRK3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
