NLRP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, INPP4B, and PCNA. Each is linked with NLRP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP6-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by NLRP6-low versus NLRP6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
