Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLRP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,034 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Plasmacytoid dendritic cell activation, and Cell fate commitment. Each is linked with NLRP6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP6-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP6 results are reported.
