NLRP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLRP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 186 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL36A, FGF23, and IL9. Each is linked with NLRP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP6-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL36A grouped by NLRP6-low versus NLRP6-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
