NLRP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,668 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SELENOV, VN1R7P, and LINC02476. Each is linked with NLRP5 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP5-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLRP5 versus SELENOV in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
