Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLRP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, GAPDH, and PRAS40_pT246. Each is linked with NLRP5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP5-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by NLRP5-low versus NLRP5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
