NLRP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLRP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 759 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMD3, LAIR2, and ARSA. Each is linked with NLRP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP5-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAMD3 grouped by NLRP5-low versus NLRP5-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
