Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,747 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLRP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are EME1, EMC9, and CDC20. Each is linked with NLRP14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP14-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EME1 grouped by NLRP14-low versus NLRP14-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
