Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NLRP12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NLRP12 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher NLRP12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NLRP12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
THYM, ACC, and LUSC are the cancer types where NLRP12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
