NLRP12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,876 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FAP, MNDA, and RIN3. Each is linked with NLRP12 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP12-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLRP12 versus FAP in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
