Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLRP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL22L1, GPR101, and OR4K11P. Each is linked with NLRP12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP12-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLRP12 versus RPL22L1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
