NLRP12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caveolin-1, c-Met_pY1235, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with NLRP12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP12-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caveolin-1 grouped by NLRP12-low versus NLRP12-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
