NLRP12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLRP12 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,048 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYST, LRFN1, and MYO16. Each is linked with NLRP12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP12-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYST grouped by NLRP12-low versus NLRP12-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
