NLRP11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,933 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCCIP, NEK2, and KIF11. Each is linked with NLRP11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP11-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCCIP grouped by NLRP11-low versus NLRP11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
