NLRP11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLRP11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 213 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A35, NLRP14, and CTC1. Each is linked with NLRP11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP11-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A35 grouped by NLRP11-low versus NLRP11-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
