Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 357 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A1, TPTEP1, and CYP2D6. Each is linked with NLRP10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP10-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP10 results are reported.
