Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,614 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLRP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC59, PPP2R5D, and PYCR1. Each is linked with NLRP10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP10-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC59 grouped by NLRP10-low versus NLRP10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
