Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 88 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, eIF4E, and Bap1-c-4. Each is linked with NLRP10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP10-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP10 results are reported.
