NLRP10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLRP10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP26, SEMG1, and TMSB4Y. Each is linked with NLRP10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP10-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP26 grouped by NLRP10-low versus NLRP10-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
