NLRP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,253 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPS5, ILK, and MSN. Each is linked with NLRP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP1-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLRP1 versus MRPS5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
