Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,291 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AZ1, CKAP2L, and FAM72B. Each is linked with NLRP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP1-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AZ1 grouped by NLRP1-low versus NLRP1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
