Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,726 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to light stimulus, Positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction, and Cellular response to UV-B. Each is linked with NLRP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP1-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP1 results are reported.
