NLRC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,732 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB10, PSMB6, and PSMB9. Each is linked with NLRC5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRC5-to-partner and partner-to-NLRC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLRC5 versus PSMB10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
