Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,902 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLRC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNLY, IRF1, and APOL3. Each is linked with NLRC5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRC5-to-partner and partner-to-NLRC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLRC5 versus GNLY in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
