Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,119 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLD4, GOT1, and GPI. Each is linked with NLRC5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRC5-to-partner and partner-to-NLRC5 results are reported.
