Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRC5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLRC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, Cyclin-E2, and PCNA. Each is linked with NLRC5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRC5-to-partner and partner-to-NLRC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by NLRC5-low versus NLRC5-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
