NLRC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLRC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,284 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRC5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of response to type II interferon, Positive regulation of type II interferon-mediated signaling pathway, and Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous antigen. Each is linked with NLRC5 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRC5-to-partner and partner-to-NLRC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of response to type II interferon grouped by NLRC5-low versus NLRC5-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
