NLRC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLRC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,800 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf189, IDI2, and IZUMO3. Each is linked with NLRC5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRC5-to-partner and partner-to-NLRC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf189 grouped by NLRC5-low versus NLRC5-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
